Tasks involve for example supporting the recruitment (e.g. reviewing applications, scheduling interviews) and onboarding of volunteers (e.g. welcoming them, showing around), team building activities (e.g. facilitating connective games), and formal writing (e.g. policies, agreements). Alloggio, vitto e trasporto
Volunteers will be provided accommodation in one of the community houses, sharing a room with one or more fellow volunteers. The rooms are equipped with the basic comforts such as a bed, sleeping bags, pillow, and light. If preferred, there is also the option to camp with a tent on the land in the warmer seasons. Food: a local team prepares the food for the community (lunch and dinner) according to the Sattvic diet. There is a self service policy for breakfast. Throughout the whole day there is a tea table with tea, coffee, and fruits. Rides will be provided if needed among the community.
Formazione durante l'attività
As a volunteer, you will be mentored and trained in your role from the concerning coordinator, through direct guidance and through learning by doing. Daily tasks will require your communication skills in English. At last, the nourishing and at the same time challenging surroundings invite you to grow and expand as a person, along with a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing tools.***********************************************************

We are looking for someone who; resonates with the culture and values of Ananda Kalyani and is open to its spiritual orientation; has strong social and conversational skills; wants to learn about recruitment, team building, formal writing; is emotionally mature and aware; knows how to communicate clearly and constructively; is autonomous, structured, and accountable; is ideally available for at least 3 months.
