Beschrijving
The volunteer will primarily be involved in the activities organised by the organisation. These activities range from Sports and cultural activities to workshops and social events. The activities will include football, basketball, volleyball, dancing, singing and music production, podcasts and making videos depending on their interest. They can be involved in the planning, managing or organising and marketing of the activities. They will be part of the team that manages our social media pages and also do some small administrative work for the organisation.
Regelingen voor accommodatie, eten, en vervoer
Accommodation: The volunteers may share an apartment with another volunteer. The apartment has a toilet and a kitchen and a shared laundry room. There is WI-Fi, a TV and electricity will be paid for. Local Transport: A monthly bus ticket will be provided. Food and Pocket money: Volunteers will receive a monthly allowance for food and 6€/day as pocket money. The payment will be on the 30th of every month and will be paid out in the bank. Travel costs: Travel expenses (round trip flight) will be reimbursed to the volunteer according to the distance band.
Wat leer je?
They will be trained in project planning and management, leadership and negotiation skills, effective communication, learning to work in teams, proper time management, and so on. They will also take part in leadership and democratic workshops or seminars.
Wie zoeken we?
We are interested in finding a participant who is enthusiastic or passionate about the kind of activities we organise for the youth. They can also have knowledge about marketing and dealing with social media. They can have an interest in and or have an understanding of sports such as football, basketball, and volleyball. They could be interested in dancing or making podcasts, singing, recording or producing music, or making and producing videos. They should be motivated, eager to learn, have been part of a similar project, or be involved in a similar project or program. We are looking for somebody who can start right away because the project has already started, and they preferably don't need a visa.
