The Youth Digital Engagement Project aims to empower young people in the local community by enhancing their digital skills and fostering active participation in the digital world. Through this project, participants will create E-courses and tutorials, organize workshops to develop digital competencies, and conduct research on the latest digital technologies. The project also includes practical training in graphic design using tools like Canva, as well as responsibilities for maintaining Sfera's website and social media platforms. Photography will be utilized to document and promote the project's activities. Additionally, participants are encouraged to propose and implement their own creative ideas, further contributing to the project's dynamic nature. By integrating these elements, the project not only strengthens digital literacy but also promotes active involvement in democratic processes, ensuring a holistic approach to digital transition
Dzīvošana, ēdināšana un transports
The volunteers will be lodged in an apartment not far from the city center and the office and the school where the activities will take place. The apartment is located in the area with good infrastructure, transport connection. The volunteers will be accommodated in a rented apartment living in single rooms or sharing rooms with participants of the same gender. They will be provided with common areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, and they will have internet access. Also they will receive monthly food alowance and pocket money. Travel costs are covered up to the Erasmus + limits.
Mācības pasākuma laikā
During the project there will be on-arrival and midd-term training organise by the NA and local trainings from SFERA International
Dalībnieka profils
We are looking for volunteer with fewer opportunities, meaning Economic obstacles, Social obstacles, Educational difficulties, Cultural differences, Geographical obstacles. Nevertheless the volunteers should be interested in topic Digital transition and Participation in democratic life and they are eager to learn more, share knowledge with youth in Bitola and people that are full of creative ideas. Moreover, the volunteers should be comfortable living on their own, be able to show that they are able to adapt to new situations and demonstrate good problem-solving skills. The participants who will be involved in our projects will be selected according to the following qualities and interests: -motivation to gain knowledge about the above mentioned topics - motivation to work with youth - motivation to contribute to the local community development - an interest in working in a multicultural environment; - ability to initiate, develop and implement their own activity ideas. After the preliminatory selection based on the application, the candidates will be asked to provide their CV and motivation letter.
