The project is an individual Volunteering Project and involves young volunteers, mainly in activities with children in Naples, south of Italy. Hosting institution is a local organisation which works in a very disadvantaged area of the city and it is committed in projects for children and teenagers, elderly persons, disabled persons, immigrants (since in the area many immigrant families live). Often helping a child means working with his/her whole family, taking care of its members’ needs. The main activities for volunteer will consist in helping to organize children free time activities, aircrafts workshops and homework, if the language will not be a barrier, accompanying and assisting children in their activities outside the NGO, cooperating together with other NGOs in preparing networking activities, daily support of the office activity, etc. Finally, HO is partner of the Europe Direct Center of Naples Municipality so the volunteers will be also involved in its activities.

We will organize an on-line training.
Profilo del partecipante
This project, which is now open for applications, is available to all interested youth in Turkey. It is particularly suitable for young people who are eager to engage in volunteering with children. The project, which will be carried out with children, focuses on the themes of education and teaching, intercultural interaction, and creativity. Your CV and motivation letter must be prepared in English and in the Europass format. Priority will be given to Gazi Eurodesk Team participants.
