Opis
You will engage in creative documentation and content creation: producing videos, podcasts, and social media content that highlight the organization key activities. This includes promoting the Youth Speech Competition, a major national event held every spring that gathers young talents from all over Lower Austria to share their voices on important social topics. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to create document events, interview participants, and develop innovative multimedia projects that bring youth perspectives to life. The second part of this project will involve collaborating in a Youth Center, where you will contribute to creating an inclusive and dynamic environment for young people. Activities include organizing workshops, and recreational events that encourage and support youth in developing their interests, addressing challenges, and fostering a sense of community. If you are passionated about multimedia, storytelling, and youth work, this is your perfect project!
Smještaj, hrana i prijevoz
You'll be accommodated in a flat equipped with everything you need and located close to your working place. Additionally, you will receive a monthly allowance of €180 as pocket money, €300 for meals, and €45 for public transport. The travel from Italy to Austria and back is fully reimbursed, and you will be provided with an insurance which will protect you from any risk.
Osposobljavanje tijekom aktivnosti
You'll attend 2 official training sessions: a pre-departure one before leaving Italy, as well as another one a few weeks after your arrival in Austria hosted by the Austrian National Agency. In addition to this training opportunities, you can also participate in internal training and development at the site.
Profil sudionika
As a perfect candidate, we expect you to be passionate about multimedia, storytelling, and youth work. You should have an interest in creating videos, podcasts, or social media content and be eager to develop your skills in a dynamic, youth-focused environment. Previous experience in multimedia or event documentation is a plus but not required. In addition, you should be open-minded, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. A good command of English is recommended, and basic knowledge of German is a bonus. Most importantly, you should be motivated to engage in youth projects and contribute with your unique perspective to empowering young people. You must be aged between 18 and 30.
