We await your contribution to get involved in reforestation work & to enliven communities around environmental values. Side activities will concern sustainable agriculture, bio-construction, wellness practices and tools, environmental education and more.
Dzīvošana, ēdināšana un transports
You will be hosted in Belazaima do Chão, the main local rural town 3km from Feridouro, in a co-housing space center where we will take care of everything that is comfortable for you. The cooking organisation for lunch will be mainly collective (team and volunteers) and autonomous (volunteers co-housers) for dinner. You will receive 6€/day for your personal expenses on 130 days. Initial and ending transport are included for your home to Águeda city in a limit of 3000km. On site, you will deal with public transport, collective transport solution and electric bikes.
Mācības pasākuma laikā
The whole activity period will be a back and forth between "in the field" experiences and theoretical reflections on "the why and the how". You will be actively involved in the collection and transmission of knowledge through a horizontal team configuration, including supervisors at your side. The themes covered will be as broad as the subjects of the activities.
Dalībnieka profils
The profile of an ideal volunteer is: - aged between 18 and 30; - resident or citizen of an EU country (Excluding Finland, Estonia, Lettonia, Lituany); No need for specific academic background or previous experience.
