We are looking for enthusiastic young people to join our diverse team at Logos NGO Poland, based in the vibrant and lively student city of Poznań. In our organization, we strive to build a more inclusive society, respond to societal challenges, and raise awareness of equality and European values. Our activities include outdoor events, workshops, cultural nights, and much more, all utilizing non-formal education methods. This project will be an inspiring and empowering experience for young people who want to immerse themselves in the local community, help others, and develop their skills in multiple fields at once, including teamwork, logistics, event management, and program writing. You will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions on important topics with people from diverse backgrounds, including refugees, migrants, and international students. Alloggio, vitto e trasporto
Travel costs will be covered according to the distance calculation of the EU. Volunteers will get pocket and food money. Accommodation is provided in the students' dormitory and will have all the basic facilities. Insurance is covered by the European Solidarity Corps (Henner Insurance). We will provide some of the local transportation costs.
Formazione durante l'attività
As a participant in this team volunteering project, you will engage in a variety of activities, such as joining picnics, outdoor events, working with escape boxes, promoting ecology, exploring folklore, attending small Erasmus+ sessions, and organizing art workshops. You'll gain experience in designing and managing events, using non-formal education methods to address crucial topics. It is an opportunity to develop your skills in event planning, teamwork, and artistic expression. Note: If you are interested in helping with kids' workshops, a confirmation of no criminal record is mandatory.
Profilo del partecipante
We are looking for young, enthusiastic people aged 18 to 30 years old with high motivation to work in an international environment and help with events and workshops preparations. Interested in cultural exchange, fostering participation of youth, work with refugees and migrants, discover yourself. At least intermediate level of English is required. Event organising experience and social media/photography skills are welcome. Please keep in mind that accommodation will be provided with other participants, so you must be comfortable with sharing a room and living space with a strangers.
