From TCS* we organize a Summer Camp for 150 boys and girls in situations of social risk, where they learn while playing and having fun. The following tasks of the volunteer will be: - Give support to the group leaders for the day-to-day; - Accompany the boys and girls in their learning process and personal growth; - Provide support in the tasks that are carried out; - Participate in the creation, development and evaluation of activities; - Provide the help to create educational material for activities; - Be part of the children's learning process; - Participate in team meetings. Szállás, étkezés és utazás
From TCS, we will provide a place to stay close to the place of volunteering, offering easy access to the project site. Within the project, the volunteer will receive lunch every day. In addition, we provide pocket money to cover the rest of the meals, giving the volunteer flexibility in their choices. We also cover the cost of the round trip and local transport. Each volunteer will receive a transportation pass that will allow them to reach the volunteer site easily.
Képzés a tevékenység során
From TCS we will provide training to people who are part of the Summer Camp team. Training will be held on child psychology, families and first aid.
Résztvevői profil
- Motivation and desire to work with children and learn with and from them; - Commitment to carry out your task as a volunteer; - Having a positive, open and committed attitude to the educational environment of the project; - Basic knowledge of Spanish and having done a stay in an NGO will be valued; - Other skills to consider: flexibility, responsibility, initiative and ability to work in a team.
