Join the Egyesek team in their Budapest office for an ESC volunteering project!
# As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to manage our online communication and community-building activities as part of our team in Hungary.
# Participate once a month (2-3 days) in our youth work in Szécsény or on an E+ training in Hollókő, where you can create content about the project (photos, videos, interviews, etc.)
# Ideate, create, and post content on Egyesek's different social media platforms to promote youth work and volunteering, reach a wider youth audience, and increase our brand awareness.
# Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our training and volunteering projects, and find participants/volunteers for upcoming events.
Start date is from June 2025 (1 volunteer) or Sept 2025 (1 volunteer) for 10-12 months.

Regelingen voor accommodatie, eten, en vervoer
You will be located in Budapest, the capital of Hungary. You can expect a cultural exchange in a diverse city, opportunities for social and cultural events, but bonding with the local community is not so easy and the pace of life is not slow at all. You will live in a rented apartment or room in the heart of Budapest. Travel reimbursement, pocket money and food allowance are provided based on the 2024 ESC guide.
Wat leer je?
Join our dynamic team of young professionals working on local youth projects in Szécsény, trainings in Hollókő, and international initiatives. While we may not always be in the office together, collaboration thrives across multiple projects.
You'll be part of a growing communication team with professionals, ESC volunteers, and interns—offering valuable learning opportunities. Volunteers attend on-arrival training by the Hungarian National Agency and can join self-development and leadership trainings with Egyesek and international partners.
Wie zoeken we?
We are looking for applicants aged 18-30 with strong spoken and written English skills. You should be available for 10 months, working approximately 5-6 hours per day. A proactive, hands-on attitude with attention to detail is essential. We value a collaborative team player who can also work independently. An open-minded, flexible mindset and a willingness to learn are key. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are required.
