Opis
As part of his/her mission, the volunteer will work primarily on French-German cooperation projects. They will be in contact with the European partners of the Club to facilitate youth exchanges, European seminars, and international meetings. They will propose activities aimed at fostering European citizenship, peace, and friendship among peoples. The volunteer will actively participate in youth meetings, provide information and support to young people, and engage with them throughout their volunteering experience. Initiatives within the Greater Cross-Border Region will focus on promoting mobility and engagement, particularly through strategic EVS (European Voluntary Service) and the European Solidarity Corps. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to develop their own projects in partnership with the young administrators of the Club. While the workplace is based in Metz, the candidate will need to travel to meet action partners and support various projects.
Smještaj, hrana i prijevoz
Accommodation will be provided. The volunteer will receive a monthly bus ticket, as well as pocket money and food allowance.
Osposobljavanje tijekom aktivnosti
During the volunteering period, the volunteer will participate in two national-level trainings: an on-arrival training and a mid-term reflection seminar. These sessions will help the volunteer engage with their experience, reflect on their progress, and develop new skills. Additionally, other training opportunities will be available to further support the volunteer’s learning and personal growth.
Profil sudionika
A motivated person who loves working in a multicultural environment and is passionate about giving back to the community. Since this role focuses on French-German cooperation, having a good knowledge of both French and German is a must.
