Apraksts

The ESC Project "Change Support Volunteer" offers young European volunteers a meaningful experience of personal growth and social engagement. Volunteers will join the CSV Brescia team and support the promotion of volunteering and European mobility opportunities. Their tasks will include creating social media content, supporting communication activities, helping at info stands and public events, and facilitating workshops in schools. Volunteers will also contribute to the operational management of mobility projects and other initiatives run by the organisation. They will support the Volunteer Orientation Desk and participate in awareness-raising activities on volunteering, Erasmus+, the European Union and the Agenda 2030. A key moment of the experience will be the Galà del Volontariato, held around International Volunteer Day on December 5th, where volunteers will support the organisation and promotion of one of CSV Brescia's most important annual events.

Dzīvošana, ēdināšana un transports

Volunteers will be accommodated in a shared apartment in the city centre of Brescia. The apartment offers comfortable shared rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and common spaces where volunteers can spend time together and enjoy intercultural exchange. Volunteers will receive a monthly food allowance of €200, a local public transport pass to reach to the Office (15 minutes by bus), and €6 per day as pocket money. Throughout the project, the hosting team will provide practical and personal support to help volunteers settle in and make the most of their experience in Brescia.

Mācības pasākuma laikā

Volunteers will follow a structured learning path combining hands-on experience with training opportunities. At the beginning, they will take part in an orientation session covering project activities, cultural integration, and practical aspects of the experience. Throughout the project, they will attend workshops on social media, graphic design (Canva), WordPress, active citizenship, and soft skills. They will also participate in ESC trainings, including the on-arrival training and the mid-term evaluation. Regular meetings and mentoring will support their learning and personal development.

Dalībnieka profils

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive young volunteers who are open-minded, eager to learn, flexible, and willing to collaborate in a team environment An interest in volunteering, event organization, and digital communication—especially social media content creation and video editing—is considered an asset, as well as an interest in Erasmus+ projects and international mobility. No specific experience is required, but a basic knowledge of Italian is highly valued, as it will support better integration with the team and the local community.
