Beschrijving
Our educators work according to the pedagogical concept of the situational approach with a partially open working method in the kindergarten area. In line with our image of the child, we attach great importance to self-educational free play for the development of the children. Our basic attitude towards the children is characterised by respect and appreciation for each individual. https://www.internationaler-bund.de/standort/211121 In our educational work, we attach great importance to the children's participation in everyday decisions. We see this participation as an important part of teaching democratic values: The children are encouraged to develop points of view and to work out and respect solutions together.
