Inclusive Summer Volunteer Camp in Budapest 📅 9–22 July (+ travel days) DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS: 3 JUNE 2025 Join our 2-week ESC volunteer camp organized by Salva Vita Foundation in Budapest! This unique program brings together young people aged 18–30, with and without disabilities, to learn from each other and practice essential everyday life skills that support independent living. During the weekdays, volunteers will work together on improving and maintaining our inclusive community space – through activities like gardening, cooking, cleaning, and small repairs. Alongside the practical work, we’ll focus on personal growth, teamwork, and building a supportive community. The camp offers a safe, welcoming environment where inclusion and cooperation are key. With only 20 spots available (Hungarian and international participants), it’s a great chance to be part of a close-knit and meaningful experience this summer.
Regelingen voor accommodatie, eten, en vervoer
Participation is fully free. You’ll receive daily pocket money (6 EUR/day) and all meals are covered—lunch is cooked together, and you’ll get an allowance for the rest. International participants will have their travel and accommodation arranged. You'll stay in a private dorm nearby (double rooms, apartments for four). Individual support—such as mentoring, coaching, personal assistance or psychological help—is available and tailored to your needs.
Wat leer je?
The group vonunteering actively addresses the issue of inclusion and diversity as one of the challenges facing society. A range of activities will allow you to meet and work with young people with special needs, such as those with autism. The activity is a great help in developing independent living skills.
Wie zoeken we?
The camp is open to young people aged 18–30. We welcome participants who are open-minded and inclusive toward people with disabilities. Young people with disabilities or special needs are also encouraged to apply. Please note that the accommodation is not fully accessible for wheelchair users.
