What’s Bánkitó Festival? It’s Hungary’s largest independent cultural and community festival — a unique event that brings together music, theater, contemporary art, and social activism. Imagine a lively lakeside atmosphere, where concerts, exhibitions, performances, workshops, and discussions all celebrate creativity, diversity, and social justice. Festival website: https://bankitofesztival.hu/ // Location: Bánk, Hungary (~60 km from Budapest) // Dates: June 30 – July 14, 2025 // 12 days Construction Camp + 3 days festival experience // Enjoy the lakeside vibe, forests, and a welcoming community! What will you do? You’ll be part of a team helping to build, set up, run, and dismantle festival infrastructure. Tasks include landscaping, drilling, assembling structures, carrying equipment — no special skills required, just a willingness to learn and work in a team!
