Opis
We're looking for 1 volunteer in Sassari (Sardinia), that join the project with other 2 volunteers. Activities that will be implemented in the venue by the volunteers: - support to the management of the association's activities and in particular: communication, planning and coordination activities and training activities. - implementation of educational activities aimed at young people and children in relation to the themes of: human rights, fight against bullying, sustainability, active citizenship, correct lifestyles, gender equality, mental health,. - support to the association's activities at schools and community centers in the area - organization of linguistic tandems and languagues clubs with the local population - support for the organization of local events, including sports, aimed at promoting social inclusion and participation among young people.
Smještaj, hrana i prijevoz
The volunteers will be hosted in a shared flat. Transportation costs will be covered for all the activities foreseen, if needed, but in general the office is close to the house, at a walking distance. Pocket money and food foreseen and paid at the beginning of every month. The mobility will last for 12 months and start as soon as possible. Free days to be agreed with the organisation.
Osposobljavanje tijekom aktivnosti
Once arrived volunteers will be trained by the local staff for all they need to know to do the volunteering experience in the association and to support the association daily work. An ESC volunteer is also required to participate in On Arrival Training and Midterm Evaluation provided by the Italian National Agency. An italian online language course will be available for the volunteers.
Profil sudionika
The volunteer must be from one of the eligible countries and willing to learn and develop skills in the field of the proposed activities. The project will start as soon as possible.
