Opis
The volunteer will participate in the activities of the Consorzio Solidarietà Sociale (an organisation that works with several social cooperatives), in the field of Media&communication/Youth information, working at the department that manages the ESC. Tasks: -work at the office(preparing documents,copies, sending mails,etc) -keep on FB and IG page & blog dedicated to ESC(news,articles,opportunities,events,etc.). -supporting the organization of events with the goal of create moments of intercultural confront but also to promote the subject of solidarity and active citizenship; - support on the communication with the volunteers abroad and the young people interested on ESC or “ServizioCivile”(a type of italian Volunteering Service); -preparation of promotional or informative material about the activities of the Consorzio,etc.
Smještaj, hrana i prijevoz
The volunteer will work Monday to Friday in a total of 32-35 hours a week. The volunteer will have 2 consecutive days off per week (normally Saturday and Sunday) and 2 day holidays per month to be used according to the volunteer’s needs but always to be agreed with the supervisor. He/she will live in a flat with other ESC volunteers, in a double room. The volunteer will receive 180€ each month for the food supply and 6€ per day as pocket money. The volunteer will have a bicycle to move freely in the city.
Osposobljavanje tijekom aktivnosti
The volunteer will have the opportunity to learn how to work in a team and to manage a project. He/she will be offered an italian course to improve/learn the language. He/she will have the opportunity to attend some trainings about multiculture, volunteering, etc.
Profil sudionika
For this project we are looking for a motivated and flexible person with interest in work in a youth office and in learning italian :-)
