Since 2005, Social Action has been dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of young people. We empower youth through exciting quality volunteering opportunities with ESC, impactful international projects (including dynamic Erasmus+ youth exchanges), and essential social services delivered right on the streets. We're currently looking for a passionate volunteer to join our team. You'll connect directly with youth on the streets, playing games, engaging in conversations, inviting them to an open youth evening at our office, and helping with the outings/camps (come rain, snow or sunshine). You'll also boost our digital outreach, ensuring our message reaches a wider audience, and promote exciting European Solidarity Corps opportunities at youth events. Alloggio, vitto e trasporto
As a volunteer in Vilnius, you will have the opportunity to be hosted in a comfortable flat alongside other like-minded volunteers who share your passion for community service. You will have your own private room, providing a space for rest and relaxation. You will also get: - a monthly bus card; - a monthly stipend for food and pocket money; - a team of dedicated professionals, including a mentor for personal support, a project coordinator to help you get the most out of your experience, and a tutor from the hosting organization to guide you every step of the way.

Maximize your potential and make the most of your volunteer experience with our comprehensive support system! As a volunteer, you will receive On-Arrival and Mid-Term trainings organized by the National Agency, as well as regular meetings with our dedicated Coordinating Organization. We understand that reflection is key to personal growth, which is why hosting organisation offers regular reflection sessions. These sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to share your experiences, learn from one another, and grow both personally and professionally.
Profilo del partecipante
We're looking for a motivated volunteer to work with young people in Vilnius, especially those from socially vulnerable backgrounds. We need an open-minded, patient person who's great at building relationships and truly understanding the world and the challenges young people face. If you have a strong sense of responsibility and previous experience in youth work, that's a big plus! We work outside a lot, so we hope you like walking, playing team sports, and camping from time to time. Our street-based work is dynamic, so flexibility is key. You'll need to be able to tolerate uncertainty, adapt when things don't go as planned, and openly reflect on situations as they unfold. We highly value proactivity and creativity. We're seeking someone eager to realize their potential by leading activities for young people and helping us create a supportive environment filled with quality opportunities and engaging activities. Russian language skills would be considered significant advantage.
