Our October ESC team in Sighișoara, Transylvania is designed for 20 volunteers, and the group was already full — but we now have 1 international position available again! 🌍✨
Everything is set: the team, accommodation, activities, mentoring and learning programme are ready. Now we just need ONE more person to complete the group for a late moment cancelation.
You’ll join a diverse international team and be supported by me, Flori, our interns and senior ESC volunteers.

Smještaj, hrana i prijevoz
You will live in a real castle in Sighișoara, just 10–20 minutes on foot from the citadel, city center, office, and activity spaces. The castle has 7 double rooms and 2 triple rooms, each with a private bathroom, plus a shared, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. You will receive a monthly allowance of €290 The full ESC travel grant will be transferred to you according to distance rules, and an additional green-travel bonus may apply.
Osposobljavanje tijekom aktivnosti
Volunteers usually work 5–7 hours/day, 4 days/week, with flexible days when needed. Fridays are dedicated to Personal Development, and weekends are free. You also receive 2 additional days off per month. Each volunteer has a trained Mentor who offers monthly individual and group support. You will also benefit from planning guidance, topic-based trainings, Peer2Peer learning, and Reflection Groups—each designed to strengthen your skills, confidence, and personal growth.
