Wrocław, Poland is waiting for you! Get involved in a project that is all about building a supportive local community by creating space for everyone, where generations connect, learn from one another & integrate. Bring your own ideas! No matter if you're passionate about cooking, painting, gardening or photography, there’s a place for you here. Hold workshops, language classes, or help us run the social media - anything that will bond the neighbourhood! Together with volunteers from around the world, you'll make a real impact on society through hands-on work, local humanitarian efforts and collaboration with other organizations. At the same time, you'll gain valuable skills for your future career: teamwork, work ethic & conflict resolution. Our workplace is located in Czasoprzestrzeń&Legnicka, cultural centers located in historic tram depots in Wrocław, with plenty of space and endless opportunities to share what you love. Szállás, étkezés és utazás
After coming to Wrocław, we will provide fully furnished and equipped apartments which have good connections to the workplace. The volunteer should be ready to share the room with another volunteer of the same gender and the living space with other volunteers. To give full independence to the volunteer a card for public transport will be provided at the beginning of the project and every month pocket money and food allowance will be transferred to the volunteer's account.
Képzés a tevékenység során
The project will offer a variety of activities designed to help volunteers develop a broad range of skills and knowledge. They will learn how to collaborate effectively, becoming a cohesive and supportive team while overcoming cultural differences and other potential challenges. Volunteers will also take part in Polish language classes and experience both non-formal and informal education through engaging training sessions. Throughout the project, they will gain valuable practical skills in areas such as social engagement, environmental awareness, and community building.
Résztvevői profil
For this project, we encourage the participation of everyone. We are looking for people between 18 and 30 years old, open-minded, eager to learn and motivated to work on the proposed project activities. The volunteers should be motivated to work with people in a non-formal education context. The participants should like to develop and improve their skills and abilities, be open for experiments, have some hobbies and like to share them when organising activities. Various talents, hobbies, interests are always welcome.
