Zavod Nefiks is pleased to offer a unique volunteering opportunity focused on graphic and IT support at the Nefiks Institute in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Running from October 2025 to December 2025 (70 days), this project invites a creative individual to join our team! The selected volunteer will play a key role in making videos, developing new promo materials and publishing on our web pages, as well as supporting various youth-oriented projects with graphic materials. The main responsibilities will include: - Preparing Promotional Materials; - Publishing Content on Websites; - Participation in Youth Projects; - Promotion of the European Solidarity Corps; - Collaboration with Local Organizations. Dzīvošana, ēdināšana un transports
- Accommodation: The volunteer will share room with one person and apartment with other 2 ESC volunteers from another organisation. The apartment includes shared facilities such, kitchen and bathroom... - Food and Allowance: A monthly food allowance of approximately 200€ will be provided, along with pocket money in line with the ESC program guidelines. - Travel Arrangements: Travel expenses will be covered by the program in line with the ESC program guidelines. - Health Insurance: Henner health insurance will be provided for the duration of the project.
Mācības pasākuma laikā
All volunteers must attend the on-arrival training organized by the Slovenian National agency. These training will happen in the first weeks. There you will meet other ESC volunteers that will be in Slovenia at the same time. Additional training will be provided throughout the project by the host organization on the topics relevant to the volunteers activities. The volunteer will also have a mentor during the entire project.
Dalībnieka profils
We are looking for a volunteer aged between 18 and 30 who is highly motivated to work in a youth NGO and would like to gain a new international experience! Desired competencies: - has a good level of English, - knowledge of IT (computers, APP, Wordpress, Canva), - knowledge of graphic design (or interest to learn), - has self-initiative, - has ideas how to promote projects for youth, - makes assigned tasks, - is respectful to all beings.
