Apraksts

Support and collaborate with the Strategic Communication team, providing ideas and implementing actions to enhance the institution's visibility and content presence on social media. Also, strengthen ASEC radio stations (Radio Sónica, Radio Sayaxché, and Radio El Maestro en Casa). Activities: - Participate in institutional communication planning meetings. - Propose and support the development of creative campaigns to improve ASEC's visibility. - Write institutional content (institutional newsletters, copy for social media posts, scripts for videos or audio recordings). - Support the development or updating of the visual identity manual and internal/external communication guidelines. - Support the monitoring of media and networks to evaluate ASEC's positioning. -Support the design of monthly publication calendars for ASEC's social media and radio stations. Provide actions for institutional strengthening to ASEC radio stations

Other support services, such as training and language support Support throughout the volunteering period by the hosting and sending organisation Volunteers' working hours will be 35 hours per week, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The working hours for the international volunteer will be 35 hours per week, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The working days of the week will be established based on the assigned coordinator's working hours.

Mācības pasākuma laikā

Learning opportunities: those selected will receive prior online training and face-to-face training before their trip. Training will also be offered during the deployment to improve volunteers' skills and competencies. Induction will take place at the central offices, and then you will travel to the region where volunteer support is required

Dalībnieka profils

- Professional or student in Communication Sciences or a related field. - Knowledge of communication for development and/or marketing. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual meeting applications such as Google Meet and Zoom. - Experience in managing and administering a radio station (preferable but not required) - Positive and service-oriented attitude, assertive communication, good interpersonal skills, organisation and self-management, planning skills - Sensitivity to social needs and cultural changes Eligibility: Candidates must be 18 to 35 years old, reside in one of the eligi-ble countries (EU Member State, North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Turkey), have completed the compulsory Humanitarian Aid Volunteering training and not have participated before in individual Humanitarian Aid Vol-unteering. When adding together this new volunteering opportunity and any previous participation in EU volunteering programmes, the total duration cannot exceed 12 months.
