Opis
Alianza por la Solidaridad, a member of ActionAid, aims to achieve active citizenship that fights against inequalities and for the recognition of human rights. The volunteer will take part in cooperation and humanitarian aid projects, supporting monitoring and evaluation activities across the organization’s initiatives. They will help ensure compliance with organizational policies and tools, contribute to the design of monitoring systems, and assist in collecting and analyzing information to track project indicators and prepare reports. The volunteer will also support the development of strategies and guidelines for monitoring, evaluation, and accountability within national-level projects. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and includes occasional field visits.
Smještaj, hrana i prijevoz
You will have the opportunity to live in a house with a private room, access to shared services, Wi-Fi, a mobile communication card, and the residence is close to the office with convenient access to local transportation. You will receive a monthly allowance of 607,98€ for your personal expenses, including food and local transport. You will also be able to interact with the communities where we carry out our projects.
Osposobljavanje tijekom aktivnosti
You will receive comprehensive pre-deployment training in line with our induction framework, including induction to our organization and the ESC Program, roles and responsibilities, Youthpass and Henner insurance, Code of Conduct, SHEA and safeguarding policies, feminist leadership, security, finance, communication, psychological support and self-care. In the field, you will receive security and project-specific training. By the end of your volunteering period, you will have gained practical experience working within a multidisciplinary team in a humanitarian context.
Profil sudionika
We are looking for a volunteer who is eager to learn, work collaboratively within a team, and adapt to the local context. An interest in project monitoring and follow-up activities in cooperation projects is essential; studies or experience in monitoring and evaluation will be considered an asset. A minimum of an elementary level of Spanish is required. This volunteering opportunity is open to everyone.
