This opportunity is ideal for someone currently living in Spain who wants to develop professionally while contributing to meaningful youth and community projects. As a volunteer with AIIJ, you will take part in the design and facilitation of non-formal education activities, support local and international initiatives, and collaborate with a multicultural team committed to inclusion, intercultural dialogue, and active citizenship. The role offers hands-on experience in project implementation, workshop creation, and community engagement, while also allowing you to deepen your understanding of experiential learning, gender equality, and youth participation. Profilo del partecipante
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic volunteer currently residing in Spain to join Asociación Iniciativa Internacional Joven (AIIJ). The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of non-formal education methodologies and a genuine motivation to deepen their learning in areas such as experiential learning, youth participation, gender equality, intercultural dialogue, and community engagement. We look for someone who enjoys working in multicultural environments, is open-minded, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with people from different backgrounds and experiences. A strong sense of initiative, creativity, and adaptability is highly valued, as the volunteer will support the design and facilitation of workshops, assist with project implementation, contribute to local and international youth activities, and help promote our mission of fostering inclusion, active citizenship, and personal development.
