Spend almost a year in Bulgaria, develop your project, creative, and communication skills, and make a real impact. We are looking for 1 motivated volunteer for 1 role: Project/Event Manager You’ll be immersed in Erasmus+, ESC, event management, content creation, and youth work, gain mentorship, hands-on experience, and take part in local & international events. Perfect for 18–27, creative, proactive volunteers from ESC program countries. ESC covers: travel, food & pocket money, accommodation in Sofia (utilities + internet), Henner insurance, local transport, and on-arrival & mid-term trainings. Wie zoeken we?
We are looking for volunteers who are: • 18–27 years old; • From ESC program countries; • Able to communicate in English; • Creative, proactive, and eager to learn; • Interested in project/event management, social media, or photography & videography; • Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to the mission of Synergy Bulgaria; • Ready to commit to a 10-month ESC long-term volunteering experience.
