Multicultural Summer in Krakow - team volunteering in Poland

We are looking for the group of 10 volounteers from different countries ready to join our team volunteering project in Krakow, Poland. Project starts on the 2nd of July 2026 and ends on the 22nd of July 2026. Participants arrival and departure are day before the start and day after the end of the pactivity in Krakow. Volunteers tasks will be to take care about the content of the programme, divide tasks and run all activities with support of IB Polska team. The final programme will be based on the volunteers' ideas and creativity, including social media and blog articles, taking pictures, preparing materials for activities. Inside the project volunteers prepare activities for children and adults, sharing their culture and tradition, will work in our social gardens. The working hours will be 7 hours per day. We will work also on some weekends, but you will have free days during the weekend instead. We don't plan extra free days beside weekends or days instead of weekends.
Majoitus, ateriat ja kuljetukset
Volunteers will stay in the flats that we rent for our long term volunteers. There are mostly double rooms, common kitchen and bathroom. Everyone will receive the pocket money and food allowance as well as the reimbursement of the travel costs and additional documents that we need for the project. Volunteers will be responsible for preparing meals for themselves with the food allowance that we provide.
Koulutus hankkeen aikana
Volunteers are obliged to participated in the prep-meetings organised by the IB Polska team before they start the project in Krakow - we are planning to organise at least one meeting for all participants when we complete the whole group. In the first days of the project we will focus on the rules of the ESC programme and common cooperation during the meeting. In the end of the project each volunteer will prepare the cerificate called Youthpass, which is also a part of the final evaluation. Every day in the morning and evening we will meet to plan our next steps and to talk about the day.

We are looking for participants between 18 and 30 years old. Preferably from EU countries as we didn't plan to apply for visas. We will contact candidates who will answer our questions here: https://forms.office.com/e/CT5vWfJgLs We are looking for candidates who are open to share their culture and tradiotion with others, creative, who would like to work with people and are ready to work in the international group of young people to do something togehter and to discover Polish culture as well. We don't have any expectations about the sex, nationality or religion, but we would like to create diverse group.
