Opis
We are searching for 2 ESC volunteers for the kindergarten in Krakow. Project starts in the beginning of September 2026 and ends in June 2027 (10 months). The main tasks of volunteers in the kindergarten will be to support children in their everyday routine and conduct own activities based on the culture and language of the country of origin. Volunteers will assist during scheduled activities, supporting the staff: helping to prepare materials for activities and deccorations for different event in the kindergarten, they assist during meetings with parents. They help during outdoor activites abd when children will go for trips. The age of the children is from 3 y.o. and volunteers will have a chance to work with children from different age groups. Apart the kindergarten volunteer will participate in the activities prepared by IB Polska - monthly meetings, workshops, evaluation meetings, which is also obligatory part of the project.
Smještaj, hrana i prijevoz
Volunteer will be placed in the flat that IB Polska rent for volunteers in different parts of the city of Krakow. Rooms are mainly double, so volunteers need to be ready to share the space with other person. Each flat has the common kitchen and bathroom. All of them are located in the nice neighbourhood, with geen areas and small shops around. We place volunteers in the flats which are the closest to the working place. Volunteers get pocket money (6€ per day) and food allowance every month to the bank account. Travel costs are reimbursed accordingly to the travel costs given by EU.
Osposobljavanje tijekom aktivnosti
Volunteer will participate in the preparation meeting organised by the Sending Organisation from the volunteer’s country of origin. After coming to Krakow, the Hosting Organisation will provide volunteer with the internal training based on the rules in the project, office and Krakow. Every month volunteer will participate in the meeting for all ESC volunteers and individual meetings. Volunteer will participated in on-arrival training and mid-term evaluation meeting organised by the Polish National Agency

We are searching for the person between 18 and 30 years old. Sex, nationality, religion and gender doesn’t matter. The most valuable are: openess to experience new cultures and to learn new things, readinees to share the culture and traditon of the volunteer’s country, creativity, sharing and developing own ideas.
