During this volunteering experience you will become part of the daily life of Osada.Earth community exploring regenerative living and cooperation with nature. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn by doing, spend time outdoors and experience a different rhythm of life close to the land. Volunteers will take part in gardening, caring for plants and soil, regenerating land and small water retention projects. Together we will also build a small wooden hut from scratch and contribute to the construction of our community house using natural building methods. You will also support events and workshops taking place in the space, helping in the kitchen or taking care of guest area. Living in a community means sharing everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning and caring for common spaces, while learning, working and spending time together. We invite you to the enriching experience of working on the land with the community.
Dzīvošana, ēdināšana un transports
We practice voluntary simplicity. You will live in shared glamping tents equipped with mattresses, and when finished, in the wooden hut. Ecological dry outdoor toilets with hot outdoor showers are shared with other residents. We provide three vegan/vegetarian meals a day and access to the pantry and garden crops. We try to eat nutritious and local food. Our farm is located far from towns and close to the forest. There is a bus service to the nearest town, Czaplinek. We have a community car that can be used with resident's consent.

We are looking for volunteers who are interested in community life on the land. Young people looking for their place in society, who are curious about life and are concerned about our troubled world. We are looking for people that are pragmatic and that want to do things with their hands and learn how to use hand tools. The living conditions are simple, but you will live close to the nature and will be able to experience the magic of spring in Poland. Experience is not required, but willingness and enthusiasm to try new things and to learn is.
