Looking for a volunteering experience that is REAL, meaningful, and full of human connection? Welcome to the House of Generations in Kaunas 💛 Here, every day is different. You’ll become part of a unique community where around 40 seniors and young mothers with their children share the same space -creating a powerful mix of stories, energy, challenges, and growth. As a volunteer, you won’t sit on the sidelines. You’ll help organise fun activities, bring new ideas, support daily routines, teach simple language or digital skills, and most importantly - build genuine relationships. One moment you might be dancing or playing games at the Day Centre, the next you could be helping a young mum feel more confident about everyday life. This is not just about helping others - it’s about discovering yourself too. You’ll grow your patience, empathy, creativity, and confidence while experiencing what true intergenerational solidarity feels like 🌍🤝

It’s a beautiful mix of energy, care, and human stories that will stay with you long after your volunteering ends. We’re looking for volunteers who believe in values like empathy, respect, solidarity, and openness - not just as ideas, but as something you live every day. If you’re ready to step out of your comfort zone, grow as a person, and truly make a difference, this journey is for you 🌍✨ Most of your time will be spent supporting elderly people, including those living with dementia, so patience, kindness, and emotional awareness are super important. If you’re motivated, curious, and ready to create meaningful moments across generations — come and be part of something that really matters
