Apraksts
The volunteer will join the ASPEm team within the ACT4PEACE project, supporting MANTHOC, an organization committed to fighting exploitation and promoting children’s rights, education, and youth participation. Their role will include supporting educational follow-up, mentoring, and accompaniment activities for children and adolescents, helping to strengthen their personal and academic development. These activities will make use of creative and participatory tools, such as art, to foster self-expression, reinforce their role as active agents of change, and develop critical and socio-political thinking. They will also contribute to workshops on children’s rights, social awareness, and violence prevention, as well as provide remedial education support in key subjects like reading, writing, and mathematics to help address learning gaps and promote access to education. The required commitment is between 30 and 40 hours per week, excluding travel time.
