Beschrijving
Volunteering at Korys, supporting people with disabilities through daily assistance, spending time together, and taking part in inclusive social and recreational activities. The role includes accompanying individuals outside for walks and outdoor activities, helping ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being. It also involves creating a friendly and supportive environment where people are encouraged to develop independence, confidence, and social skills. Working closely with staff and other volunteers, the focus is on promoting inclusion, equal participation, and meaningful interaction in everyday life.

Wie zoeken we?
We are looking for a motivated, empathetic, and open-minded volunteer who is willing to work with people with disabilities. The ideal participant is patient, responsible, and ready to spend meaningful time with others, building trust and positive relationships. We expect someone who is flexible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude, respect for diversity, and willingness to learn are essential. The volunteer should be ready to engage in everyday life at the center — supporting activities, accompanying participants, and contributing to a friendly and inclusive environment.
