You will support the organization in the development of Project proposals, implementation and grants management. You will conduct research and data analysis and assist the Mission in Project Communication/Visibility tasks. Your activities will be devoted to mapping of actors and potential partners, desk research, data analysis and visualization of information; networking with partners and key stakeholders, assisting the project drafting and management, monitoring and reporting, and supporting initiatives such as workshops/trainings/conferences. You will update social media and Website with regular posts, develop project communication/visibility materials (Leaflets, posters, banners, videos, pictures etc.). You will facilitate project/organization events (closing events, conferences, etc.) and develop project communication plans and follow up. Update staff on utilizing communication and visibility tools/protocols, brand identity and visibility guidelines.

During the deployment you will be provided with a laptop and phone of the organization to ensure the means to carry out the activities. Wie zoeken we?
You hold a degree in studies in Humanitarian Assistance/Development, International Relations, Political Science, Sociology or other related areas and excellent knowledge of English (C1); Russian will be an advantage. You have excellent analytical and writing skills, knowledge of the main software packages and of project cycle management; You are result oriented, proactive, creative, communicative and optimistic; good interpersonal, networking and communication skills; knowledge and experience of volunteerism an asset; motivated to contribute towards, development and serve others; understanding of humanitarian concepts and principles. You will join our field teams engaged in humanitarian operations and have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in a well-recognized international organization dedicated to the fight against hunger. You will gain first-hand experience of humanitarian action, life in the field, and high-impact interventions.
