The association komm!unity is active in the areas of youth, integration, and community work in Wörgl and the surrounding area. We operate several youth centers, mobile youth work, a youth information center, a small event center, and a department for integration and diversity. Our main target groups are young people and migrants in our region. Youth centers are places for young people between the ages of 10 and 18 where they can spend their free time. They provide space for different needs of young people and are open to everyone, regardless of their social, religious, or ethnic background. Szállás, étkezés és utazás
The volunteer will live in a shared apartment in Wörgl together with another ESC volunteer. While the apartment is shared, each volunteer will have their own private room, ensuring personal space and privacy. The apartment is spacious, fully furnished, and provides a comfortable living environment. In addition, the volunteer will receive a daily allowance of 7 EUR pocket money and 12 EUR food allowance. To support mobility throughout the project, a Tyrol public transport ticket (Tirolticket) for trains and buses will be provided for the entire duration of the volunteering period.
Képzés a tevékenység során
The volunteer will have access to a German language course to support language learning and integration into daily life in Austria. In addition, the volunteer will participate in an On-Arrival Training and a Mid-Term Training, organised within the framework of the European Solidarity Corps. These trainings provide opportunities for networking, reflection, and exchange with other volunteers. The volunteer will travel independently to these training activities.
