Dzīvošana, ēdināšana un transports

The volunteer will be housed free of charge in a single room at the school boarding house, with sanitary facilities and secure storage. Living on site combines independence with a supervised environment alongside students and boarding staff. Breakfast and dinner will be provided in the school canteen from Monday to Friday. The volunteer will also have access to a fridge, microwave, sink and coffee machine. Parcours le Monde Sud-Est will provide pocket money and a food allowance. For local and regional travel, PLMSE will provide a ZOU! card for free or reduced-price regional train travel.

Mācības pasākuma laikā

The volunteer will receive an induction on arrival, including the school, its staff, daily procedures and local environment. A designated tutor will provide ongoing task-related guidance, regular planning meetings and a weekly 30–45 minute check-in on wellbeing, language needs and project progress. The volunteer will join relevant team meetings and may attend internal or external training and student events. The tutor will support reflection on learning outcomes and the preparation of the Youthpass. The volunteer will attend the National Agency’s arrival and mid-term seminars.

Dalībnieka profils

The opportunity is open to motivated young people interested in European citizenship, intercultural exchange and supporting peers. No specific qualification, professional experience or language certificate is required.
