Lycée des Métiers Martin Nadaud (Saint-Pierre-des-Corps, Orléans-Tours education authority) trains students in construction, architecture, and energy trades. Long committed to European projects, the school notably leads SAVE (Sustainability and Vocational Education), a Jean Monnet network dedicated to sustainable vocational education. As part of the Erasmus team, you will primarily support the SAVE project. You will co-facilitate cultural and linguistic activities with the Europe Ambassador students, run Erasmus cafés, co-organise events linked to the school's European mobility policy, and help bring the Erasmus section of the school website to life. 7-month placement, from 1 November 2026 to 30 May 2027. https://martin-nadaud.org/erasmus/
Smještaj, hrana i prijevoz
The volunteer will live in a host-family accommodation near the school. A monthly subscription for the public transportation or a bike will be provided. The volunteer will receive monthly allowance in the form of pocket money and money for food. Round trip to arrive and to leave will be reimbursed according to the programm standards.
Osposobljavanje tijekom aktivnosti
The volunteer will attend the on-arrival and the mid-term seminars organized by the national agency. French language training (online, then at the University of Tours) will be provided.
Profil sudionika
We are looking for a cheerful and open minded person, ready to learn and to engage with students and teachers. Good command of English, computer literacy, enthusiasm for intercultural exchange, autonomy, dynamism, and an interest in youth engagement.
