R.E.S.P.E.CT for People and Earth

Popis činnosti

The project is focused to promote the 2 directions of the concept "respect": respect for people (acting kind, friendly, non aggressive) and respect for environment (sustainable education). These goals will be reached using various non formal methods: can be art&craft, theater, gamification etc. - ACCORDING TO THE VOLUNTEER'S AREA OF INTEREST. There is a place for one single volunteer for 4 months, which will plan and work by himself/herself, with the support of the organization's staff.

Ubytování, stravování, doprava

The volunteer will live in a villa and will share one floor with other volunteers. The bedroom will be for 1 or 2 volunteers. There is one shared bathroom for boys, one shared bathroom for girls and one big bathroom for everyone, one shared kitchen for all volunteers with home appliances, including microwave. Heating and air conditioning is provided according to the season. Bed sheets are provided. Laundry machine. Local transportation: all buses pass is provided. Food allowance and pocket money every month, by bank transfer. All volunteers are asked to respect the internal regulations.

Odborná příprava během činnosti

In the first month, there will be training about non formal activities.

Profil účastníka

Creative person, willing to work with children, and to have interest in sustainable education. Motivated for creative&eco (upcycling) activities Having a volunteering attitude, being open minded, willing to learn and accept challenges to meet a new culture in a new community; - Willing to learn and work in an NGO in all administrative issues.
