The Youth Info has existed for more than 40 years in East Belgium and informs young people between 12-26 (30) on various topics. The Youth Info has
to inform the young people about questions and problems of any kind or to refer them to specialized organizations and to advise them on questions concerning stays abroad.
The topics of information and advice are: Youth and social law, education, studies, job, leisure, health, media and international mobility. The Youth Info provides information through various channels: the website www.jugendinfo.be, flyers and brochures, animations and workshops in schools and youth centers, press work, information events and stands, counseling sessions in the premises of the Youth Info in St. Vith and in Eupen and social media campaigns. All this with the aim of "supporting and empowering young people in East Belgium to participate fully and independently in social, cultural and political life through its information work" (from the Youthinfo mission statement).
