Organisatsiooni kirjeldus:

The Association of Services for Volunteering of Modena (ASVM), constituted in the 1995 and
enrolled to the Regional Registry of the Voluntary service manages the Centre of Services for
Volunteering of Modena (CSV), instituted in 1997. To the ASVM join voluntary organizations,
Conferences and Coordination of the social voluntary service, the Province of Modena that have
been associated in order to promote and to support the voluntary service. ASVM offers services of
support and accompaniment to the projects of the associations, training, advising, information and
communication, promotion, guideline, documentation and logistic support, to favour the voluntary
organizations.
The Association, directly or through agreements and conventions with other subjects, carries out
activity to favour the voluntary service. In particular the Association has these objectives:
- to supply advising (lawyers, fiscal etc...), qualified attendance and instruments for the planning and
the realization of activity in the field of the solidarity;
- to promote, to support and to value the initiatives and the activities of the voluntary service, above
all to provincial level;
- to favour the relationships and the relations between the same organizations of voluntary service,
particularly between who operates in the same field, for a useful exchange of acquaintances and
experiences;
- to stimulate the public and private relations and collaboration between the voluntary service and
institutions, to the aim of one common appraisal of the social priorities, in order to plan and to put into
effect the more opportune participations;
- to predispose instruments and to stimulate finalized initiatives to diffuse the culture of the solidarity
and the participation;
- to offer information, news, documentations and data on the activities of local and national voluntary
service, on experiences, lines and processes of development of the field to communitarian and
international level;
- to prepare services and performances for the management of initiatives of formation and
qualification of the volunteers;
- to offer to advising and qualified attendance let alone instruments for the planning, the start and the
realization of specific activities;
- to contribute to the performance of the projects promoted by the organizations of voluntary service,
supplying to the same, performances or services previewed from the same projects.

In particular with regard to information and communication services another aim is to raise
awareness of citizenship and young people in particular relation to the themes of solidarity and active
citizenship through voluntary initiatives, public awareness, structured events to meet the schools and
the promotion of European Voluntary Service and National and Regional Civil Service.

The ASVM provides research and forms of liaison and coordination with other agencies that pursue
the same aims, not least the agreement with the Europe Direct Centre of the Municipality of Modena
for the promotion of youth mobility (signed in the 2009).

ESPECIALLY, WE WISH TO HIGHLIGHT THAT, ABOUT EVS, WE HAVE GROWN A WISER DOUBLE LEVEL EXPERIENCE SO FAR.

FIRST, WE PROVIDE CONSULTATION TO ALL LOCAL ASSOCIATION AND THIRD SECTOR BODIES DEALING AUTONOMOUSLY WITH SVE MANAGEMENT SINCE 2000, WHEN EVS WAS STILL CALLED "European Voluntary Service for Young People" BY THE FIRTS APPROVAL BY THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION IN 1998.

SECOND, WE HAVE DEVELOPED OUR OWN DIRECT HOSTING EXPERIENCE, BOOSTED BY THE REQUEST OF OUR SOCIAL BASIS, SINCE 2012, AND NOWADAYS WE HAVE HOSTED 3 DIFFERENT GROUPS OF YOUNG EUROPEAN VOLUNTEERS, WITH A GREAT SUCCESS ON THE GROUND OF OUR LOCAL INSTITUTIONS AND PARTNERS.
