The kindergarten in Gardeja is a public institution. About 90 children aged 3-6 from Gardeja and the surrounding villages attend the kindergarten.
The facility is open 5 days a week from 6.45-15.45. Children stay in the facility depending on the hours of stay declared by their parents.
The kindergarten performs didactic and educational functions as well as caring for children. Adapts the different ways and methods of influencing to the child's age, development possibilities and environmental needs, taking into account the existing housing conditions, in particular:
• provides direct and constant care for children during their stay in the kindergarten and during outdoor activities,
• supports children in developing talents and shaping intellectual activities necessary for them in everyday situations and in their further education,
• builds a system of values, including bringing up children so that they can better understand what is good and what is bad,
• is concerned about children's health and physical fitness,
• introduces children to the world of aesthetic values ​​and develops the ability to express themselves through music, small theatre forms and visual arts,
• shapes in children a sense of social belonging to the family, peer group, national community and patriotic attitudes,
• provides pupils with better educational opportunities by supporting their curiosity, activity and independence, as well as shaping the knowledge and skills that are important in school education.
