Opis organizacije

The European Guild (http://www.la-guilde.org/) is an NGO founded in 1967 and nationally recognized in 1981 as an association of Public Interest. Among its activities, The European Guild recruits, trains, sends, and manages volunteers through different programs including Civic Service and International Solidarity missions (VSI) through a large network of about 200 partners. It is one of the most important French associations sending volunteers overseas, sending each year about 1000 volunteers in over 70 countries. It organized in 2013-2014 a European Volunteering Tour to meet with the European actors of International Volunteering in the 28 European countries, collect their vision of volunteering and start building a European volunteering spirit.
