The MPT Social Center of Bar sur Aube is a member of the MJC network.
Our objectives are: "to offer the population, young people and adults alike, the opportunity to become aware of their abilities, develop their personalities and prepare them to become active and responsible citizens of a living community. "
These objectives are broken down into lines of work in the context of the social project of the Maison Pour Tous :
"Contribute to strengthening the social bond on the territory, promote access to culture, promote democracy and citizenship, optimize the logistics and operation of the MPT".
We work with the entire population and all generations, we have activities for children, youth and adults.
The House For All develops several types of activities :
"Circus, Dance and Music" with ballroom dancing, African dance, country dance, folk dance, guitar, keyboard (synthesizer), singing, circus, theater. More than 200 minors and adults attend one of these activities each week.
"Artistic" with pottery and visual arts.
"Sports" with canoeing, hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking and inline skating, or an English darts activity. More than 100 people participate each week in a sports activity.
"Leisure" with a toy library that welcomes families, English (with workshops conversations), computer or sophrology.
As part of its social project, the House For All of Bar sur Aube also offers activities that promote access to culture for all and strengthen the social bond.
- Accompaniment to schooling for about sixty children a year.
- Expression and communication workshops for women and men who don't speak French are about 40 people who are progressing in our language.
- We also organize moments of exchange between parents or parent-child workshops (motor skills, massage, DIY ...).
- We organize a recreation center for children and teenagers that operates every Wednesday and during the school holidays.
- We also organize shows for young audiences (from 2 years old), concerts and a family and multidisciplinary festival at the end of the school year.
- We also participate in many festive events in the municipality.
