Target audience - people in potential or actual situation of exclusion or social vulnerability (children, young people in vulnerable social or school exclusion, families and seniors in vulnerable situation in isolation situation)The ADSCCL daily streamlines the following projects:Families with affection - multidisciplinary intervention with families in a situation of disadvantage or social exclusion. Activities (social, psychological, study support, activation space and youth training (non-formal education, group dynamics, skills training program, study methods), meditation, articulation and intervention in schools, family mediation and socio -school;Microninho - Social Incubator - multidisciplinary project promotion of social entrepreneurship with social people in fragile situations in which it supports the creation of microbusinesses as strategy and inclusion - daily activities of social support, entrepreneurship training, personal and professional coaching;GeraSol - intergenerational intervention project for active aging with daily activities at home for the elderly to prevent / combat loneliness and isolation in various locations of the Lousã municipality, especially away from the urban center in peripheral regions or outermost, mountainous and within Inner City elderly who are without family and / or institutional support.
