The St. Martin nursing home with 50 nursing places is operated under the umbrella of the Löffingen Hospital Fund, a foundation under public law, as an independent facility. The foundation board is the municipal council of the town of Löffingen, the chairman is the mayor of the town of Löffingen. The administration of the nursing home for the elderly is carried out in the town hall of Löffingen.

With a care planning, which is coordinated with the persons concerned, relatives, doctors and the specialist groups, the individual needs of the residents are taken into account. Basic care, treatment care and social care complement each other in a meaningful and resident-oriented way.
Joint activities with the Löffingen kindergarten ensure a lively atmosphere in the home. Celebrations that are oriented towards the seasons are organised by the local associations.

Das Altenpflegeheim St. Martin mit 50 Pflegeplätzen wird unter dem Dach des Krankenhausfonds Löffingen, einer Stiftung des öffentlichen Rechts, als selbstständige Einrichtung betrieben. Stiftungsrat ist der Gemeinderat der Stadt Löffingen, Vorsitzender ist der Bürgermeister der Stadt Löffingen. Die Verwaltung des Altenpflegeheimes erfolgt im Rathaus Löffingen.
Das Altenpflegeheim St. Martin in Löffingen ist eine von allen Kranken- und Pflegekassen und den Sozialleistungsträgern anerkannte Einrichtung der Altenhilfe mit Versorgungsverträgen für alle relevanten Leistungsbereiche.
Die Einrichtung verfügt über 38 Einzelzimmer und 6 Doppelzimmer zur vollstationären Betreuung und Pflege. 3 Pflegeplätze sind zur KZP eingestreut.
Die Versorgung der Bewohner des Altenpflegeheims St. Martin erfolgt auf der Grundlage einer ganzheitlichen Konzeption, die im pflegerischen, medizinischen und sozialen Bereich nach neuesten Erkenntnissen durchgeführt wird. Mit einer in Zusammenarbeit mit den Betroffenen, Angehörigen, Ärzten und den Fachgruppen abgestimmten Pflegeplanung werden die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Bewohner berücksichtigt. Dabei ergänzen sich Grundpflege, Behandlungspflege und sozialpflegerische Betreuung in sinnvoller und bewohnerorientierter Weise.
Gemeinsame Aktivitäten mit dem Löffinger Kindergarten sorgen für eine lebendige Atmosphäre im Hause.
Feierlichkeiten, die sich an den Jahreszeiten orientieren werden von den örtlichen Vereinen gestaltet.
