With the name of ASOCIACIÓN ÁGORA CULTURAL, the Entity is constituted under the Organic Law 112002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association and under the provisions of article 22 of the Constitution, without profit. The Association has its own legal personality and full capacity to act to administer and dispose of its assets and fulfil the purposes it proposes.
The Association mainly carries out its activities in the territorial scope of the Valencian Community.
The existence of the Association has as fines:
1. Cultural fines:
- The Entity is established for cultural purposes. Its mission is the sociocultural animation, the creation of discussion forums, and the organisation of all kinds of activities of a cultural or educational nature.
- The Entity is the receiver and transmitter of all kinds of information. It contacts the sources and is the vehicle for its transmission.
- It has no ideological or partisan pretence.
- It does not identify itself with ideologies, sectarianism, pressure groups, political parties, unions, social movements and protest groups.
2. Social fines:
- Promotion and development of volunteering in the Valencian Community.
- Promotion, dissemination and development of mobility programs in the Valencian Community.
- Coordination of European mobility projects for Local Entities in the Valencian Community.
To comply with these fines, the following activities are carried out:
+ Development of the ERASMUS + and ESC programs in all its actions, either in the local community or in the European one.
+ Development of any European program where young people are involved for their training or increase their European consciousness.
+ Training activities for Volunteer Mentors.
+ Meetings, seminars, courses and any activity aimed at improving the quality of the management of the ERASMUS + and ESC programs.
+ Carrying out events, activities or cultural days.
+ Collaboration with Associations of the Valencian Community to bring young people closer to the reality of European mobility.
