The Non – formal Education School "Alquite" has trained young people and adults to educate through animation since October 1988.

We are specialists of non-regulated education and training, focused on free time and social intervention. The style of work that characterizes us is based on the professionalism, personal autonomy and teamwork.

We promote universal values such as respect, integration of all the people. Designed and carried out by a team of professionals who believe not only in the immediate results of an activity but also in the development of an educational process in the animation and leisure time. We provide different ways of learning an spend a great leisure time.

The purposes of ALQUITE are:

1. To train and prepare educators for the activities of animation in free time according to the official programs.
2. To train and provide the appropriate tools for the performance of a future activity and personal development.
3. To offer a qualified service of education according to the educational style of Don Bosco.
4. To provide a qualified service of Information.
5. To be a response to social demands through projects of socio-cultural animation.
6. To develop vocational training programs according to the regulations.
7. To provide professional qualification programs.
8. To foster participation in international programs, especially at European level.
9. To carry out actions aimed at the labor insertion and the promotion of employment.
10. To encourage the use of new information and communication technologies.
11. To manage the use of facilities dedicated to educational free time.
12. To promote the main educational competences emphasizing the environmental and health areas.
13. To develop projects to overcome the social exclusion and its consequences, especially in the following groups: young people, ethnic minorities, immigrants, unemployed people, women, people with disabilities, drug addicts ...
14. To create activities that may promote various youth rights.
15. To promote social and educational Volunteering.
16. To collaborate with other state and private organizations to achieve common goals.
