A szervezet leírása

Bonae Spei é Associação Cultural is an association registered in the national register of youth associations, based in the coastal town of Figueira da Foz, in the centre of Portugal.
Its main objectives are: Promoting youth mobility, volunteering at local and European level, active citizenship and dissemination of the Erasmus+ programme. In addition, in our community, we promote various cultural activities, volunteering, sport and gaming initiatives in order to encourage young people to take the first step towards becoming active in society.
Motivating social entrepreneurship in young people is also one of our objectives. Our target group ranges from 14 to 30, and we currently have more than 75 young people actively involved.
In 2018 we were honoured as Youth Association of the Year in the District of Coimbra and received municipal recognition for our work with young people.
In 2019, we highlight the European Youth Week, where we organised a wide range of activities, including: Escape Room, Surfing, Open day and Video Workshop. Raising awareness of young people's participation in the European Elections, campaigns to promote mobility programmes in Figueira da Foz schools, E tournament, participation in training and exchanges and coastal clean-up actions.
An activity that we are very proud of was the approval of two projects with a major impact on Figueira da Foz through the General and Youth Participatory Budget, where this approval was only possible with the involvement of Bo
