Sillamäe Kultuuri- ja Huvikeskus is a municipal cultural and youth centre in Sillamäe (Ida-Viru County, Estonia). Our organisation, Sillamäe Kultuuri- ja Huvikeskus, is a municipal institution under Sillamäe City Government (created in summer 2025 through the merger of the Sillamäe Culture Center, Music School and Youth Interest Center . We run a wide range of cultural, educational and youth activities and have a strong base of regular programmes and events. Our aim is to support an active, inclusive and safe community life by offering meaningful opportunities for young people and residents to learn, create and participate. Our main activities include youth work and non-formal education, workshops and hobby groups, cultural events and community initiatives, creative and educational programmes, and cooperation with local schools and partners. We promote youth participation, intercultural learning, social inclusion and personal development through practical activities and teamwork. Our key target group is the local community who take part in cultural and community events and the courses that we provide.
