Opis organizacije

Expoitaly is a cultural and non-profit organization established since 1996. It has a national network based in Torre del Greco (Naples) with activites in other Italian regions.
It promotes projects in the areas of youth policies, gender equality, peace and culture.
The main goal of the organization is to support local developments in order to raise opportunities for youngster's growth, both personal and professional, through projects based on education for active citizenship.
It acts on the fields of the non formal education, job orientation, employment services and national civil service.
Expoitaly realises training, planning and networking activities for youngsters to let them develop knowledge and skills, to enhance their professional and personal empowerment.
Expoitaly takes part in the following register: National Civile Service, National Register of Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, Regione Campania Employment Service and Regione Campania Youth Guarantee Organizations.
As a job brokerage agency and internship promoter, the association promotes the professional integration of young people through mediation activities between job supply and demand, collection of curricula, pre-selection, promotion and management between demand and offer, support and consultancy in the drafting and updating of the curriculum, in the creation of skills reports, in the design of growth plans and professional updating, in the identification of job opportunities, in orientation in the labor market and on the professional profiles of reference.
