A szervezet leírása

Fundació Tallers was created in 1988 to respond to the social and labor needs of the adult population with disabilities. Currently, our mission is “to generate social and work opportunities for those who need an appropriate support in order to develop their life project. Our goal is that they become full-fledged citizens, promoting their contribution to the community. Our services are oriented to persons, who are protagonists when defining the process, taking into account their preferences, needs, expectations, desires and natural supports. Consequently, they get empowered and their decision-making capacity is fostered.

The organization is specialized in disabled adults, and we apply a specific model called Person Centered Model (PCM). PCM takes into account all the dimensions of the person's quality of life. From the attention to diversity approach, inclusion and integration are promoted, so that all people are citizens with full rights.
