MeOut Association is a dynamic organisation lead by experienced youth workers who decided to combine their ideas and experiences to boost young people’s skills for the benefit of society. Aiming to the research and the development of common values and mutual understanding in our globalised world, the association organises different activities and events as training, exchanges, conferences, and competitions. In particular, we are focusing on connecting youngsters and entrepreneurs of CEE, EaP and Balkan countries in a local, regional and global level.
Our key fields of expertise within the youth sector are youth empowerment and participation, innovation and entrepreneurship. In the field of youth, we focus on Erasmus+ projects, we are actively working on KA1, KA2 and Visegrad Fund project. Under the innovation field, we organize the Euroasian Startup Awards, the biggest startup competition in the Eurasian region, HackMeOut, a hackathon involving 100+ competitor the Solidarity Breakfast for the local enterprises’ CEOs and NGO leaders. Our daily work is mostly based on these occasions.

Our target group is very wide. Regarding international youth exchanges and training, we focus mostly on youth aged between 18- 30, open for personal and professional development. We also provide training experiences abroad for high school students aged between 16-19. We pay particular attention to the inclusion of young people facing fewer opportunities, in particular facing economic, cultural and geographic disadvantages. Guided by our experience and through our activities, young people are able to learn and play a role in the local and regional startup ecosystem. Developing their entrepreneurial spirit, motivating, mentoring and supporting young people by providing them opportunities to become a better version of themselves, also to help them start their path of life.
As a partner organization, MeOut sent hundreds of talented young people to different training and exchanges. Our members are active and aim to work on the local, regional, national, and international levels.
The core team of MeOut has a decade of experience dealing with non-formal education, project management, entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, sustainable development, fundraising, and crowdsourcing, facilitation, graphic facilitation, visual thinking.

We’re happy to serve and do all the activities for a better future. We’ve executed and took part in several EU, State, V4, or privately funded conferences, projects, training, and exchanges. Today’s youth grow up in a globally more connected and digital word, which requires new approaches, we try to keep up and provide day by day more and more opportunities for youth globally! Our international competitions and training programmes give youth in-depth knowledge and experience that they can adapt to the changing global environment.
