Non-governmental organization Youthfully Yours SK was established in 13.1.2015 as a Citizens Civil Law Association and registered by the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic. Its main focus lies on the enhancement of active citizenship, youth empowerment, social inclusion, and intercultural dialogue.

Our team is full of innovative spirit that deeply desires to encourage young people to study, work or volunteer aboard. We truly believe that this can significantly help to the personal development of each youngster or young adult and international experience required this way is the right tool to deal with xenophobia and prejudices – still presented in our society, particularly in central Europe.

YY SR’s mission is to raise awareness among young people about available educational, work and volunteering opportunities abroad, specifically to empower them to apply for different educational programs, training courses, conferences, and internships. As a sending and an intermediary institution, we enable young people to use all of these opportunities, we provide them with appropriate mentoring and assist them during their stay abroad.

On the local level, we focus on Youth Empowerment, we support youth's ability to participate actively in society. For this reason, we organize various seminars, educational training, youth exchanges and workshops related to our mission. We strongly believe in the importance of Non-formal education and experiential learning. On the regular basis, we organize workshops at the local schools and introduce these educational approaches to students, youth leaders, and youth workers.

On the international level, we are part of hundreds of stable partnerships and networks supported by various educational programmes and initiatives e.g. Erasmus+, Visegrad funds, European Youth Foundation.
